Located in the close-in Creston-Kenilworth neighborhood in Southeast Portland, The Marigold is a ground-up apartment development that includes four updated vintage units and twenty new apartments and townhomes.
The Marigold features bright and open living spaces, an outdoor grilling area, fire pit, and unique landscaping features, including edible herbs, fruit trees and a raised-bed community garden. The project broke ground in July 2018, and residents began moving into the new units in August 2019.
