Green Light converted the historic Oldsmobile showroom on NE Sandy Blvd. into a multi-tenant commercial building. The building serves as a central bakery, distribution hub and home for our partner, La Provence. La Provence is a successful French bakery and bistro with several locations throughout the Portland region.

Green Light converted the 18,500 square foot building into a commercial multi-tenant property that includes a large production kitchen and bakery. The remainder of the property has been fully leased to retail and office tenants. The building is now a visual landmark on Sandy Blvd. with a bright turquoise color that highlights its mid-century design and historic features.
