Affordable Housing Rooted in Community
Wade Park Apartments will be a four-building, 48-unit multifamily development in Estacada, Oregon, designed to provide affordable housing for families earning at or below 60% of the area median income (AMI). Created in partnership with Home First Development, this project will prioritize stability and quality housing for those impacted by the 2020 Riverside Fire.
The development will feature a 1,278-square-foot community clubhouse and a mix of 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. Homes will be designed to meet green building standards comparable to Earth Advantage Gold, with amenities including in-unit laundry, air conditioning, stainless steel Energy Star appliances, luxury vinyl flooring, quartz countertops, and kitchen tile backsplashes.
Centrally located in Clackamas County, residents will have easy access to public transportation, schools, grocery stores, parks, and retail. Additionally, Todos Juntos will provide culturally specific resident services, empowering families with education, resources, and community support. Wade Park Apartments will exemplify the power of thoughtful development to meet housing needs while fostering resilience and connection.
The project will be financed with Local Innovation Fast Track (LIFT) funds, as well as construction and permanent debt.
