Empowering Residents Through Affordable Housing in Corvallis

Corvallis Spruce Apartments will provide 50 much-needed affordable housing units in Corvallis, Oregon. The property will be designed for families and individuals earning at or below 60% of the area median income (AMI), with 12 units specifically set aside for residents at 30% AMI. The apartment mix will consist entirely of 1- and 2-bedroom homes, directly addressing the high demand for smaller-unit housing in the area.

Situated on a 0.94-acre site, Corvallis Spruce Apartments will feature a community room, a playground, a garden lawn, in-unit washers and dryers, and bike parking. Through a partnership with Casa Latinos Unidos, residents will have access to essential resources, education, and community-building opportunities, fostering long-term stability and support.

The project will be financed through a combination of Local Innovation Fast Track (LIFT) funds, construction and permanent debt, OHCS Multifamily Energy Program (OR-MEP) funds, and Energy Trust of Oregon (ETO) funds.
