Affordable Living for Families with Community Support in Bend
Cascade Landing Apartments will deliver 98 affordable housing units to Bend, Oregon, serving low-income families, seniors, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With units set aside at 30% and 60% of the area median income (AMI), the development will provide accessible, high-quality housing for those who need it most.
The community will feature five residential buildings, a playground, and an on-site daycare facility, offering convenient access to schools, transit, and a nearby grocery store. In partnership with Cornerstone Community Housing and Advocates for Life Skills and Opportunity (ALSO), residents will have access to services designed to promote housing stability, education, and independent living. Cascade Landing Apartments will combine modern amenities and inclusive support services to create a welcoming and connected community for Bend residents.
The project will be financed with Local Innovation Fast Track (LIFT) funds, Commercial and Industrial Construction Tax (CICT) and Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) from the City of Bend, and permanent debt.
