Situated in a newly developed neighborhood, Brynhill Apartments will offer community-focused amenities, including a 1,000-square-foot community room, a playground, outdoor gathering spaces, and bike parking. Designed to meet Earth Advantage Gold standards, the buildings will incorporate energy-efficient systems and sustainability features, such as solar-ready infrastructure and EV charging capabilities.
Brynhill Apartments will be supported by a strong network of resident services and community partnerships aimed at enhancing the well-being and stability of its residents. In collaboration with Centro Cultural, a trusted organization with over 50 years of experience serving Washington County, residents will have access to services such as financial education, workforce training, youth development programs, and health and wellness resources.
This development will be financed with Local Innovation Fast Track (LIFT) funds, and address the critical need for affordable housing in Washington County, creating a vibrant and inclusive environment while promoting long-term stability and community connection.
