D Street Village
D Street Village
Three mixed used developments located on the “50 yard line” of Portland’s Southeast Division Street corridor.
Green Light and Capstone Partners provided turn-key development advisory services to the long-time landowner, transforming a once-vacant grocery store into a three- building mixed use development.
These assets along with other neighborhood projects brought an urban scale to the Division Street Corridor, realizing a vision laid out by Portland's city planners many years before and enabling a vibrant and walkable streetscape that is now home to some of Portland's favorite restaurants and retailers.
