Sharing a little of Portland with Sacramento.

Green Light created it’s first Opportunity Zone fund to purchase and renovate the former home of the California Medical Association in the heart of Sacramento’s Downtown.

One of the unique aspects of this adaptive re-use project is that it weaves together five distinct and complementary operating businesses. The asset is anchored by CENTRL Office co-work space which integrates a coffee shop lobby with adjoining meeting rooms. Portland based bar and restaurant, Loyal Legion, will claim the ground floor with 100 California beers on tap. Flora, a 3,500 sf rooftop event space, is being built to accommodate up to 150 guests.

Construction began in October 2019 and is slated to open June 2021.
